Special Needs/Disabled Visitors

Special Needs/Disabled visitors will receive a discounted rate of 20% off normal entry prices and are also eligible to bring a FREE carer with them. Please note however, if the visitor is a special need/disabled child who is under 3, that child will automatically gain FREE entry. In this circumstance, the attending carer will be required to pay the normal entry fee but will now in turn be eligible themselves to receive the 20% discount off the normal entry price.

Please note evidence may be required on entry and must be dated within the last 2 years. If evidence is not brought, or not in date, the full entrance charge will be required. This discount does not apply to annual passes.

We would ask that you bring a copy of either; a letter from a consultant or GP clearly stating the disability, a photocopy of both sides of your Blue Badge, or a letter from the DWP, DLA or PIP - please note, all documentation must be dated within 2 years, with the exception of DWP, DLA or PIP.
