Arrival-

Please remember to bring your letter of confirmation with you, when you arrive to check in.

All guests must check in at the Camping Desk in the main Reception building, to collect a site key, your vehicle pass and directions on how to get to your pitch.

You may check in from 2:00pm to 5:30pm (high season) and 4:30pm (low season).

Please note we do not have facilities for late arrivals, unless by prior arrangement.

Campsite Facilities - The washing facilites are found in the middle of the Campsite and comprise of toilets, free showers, hot and cold water, electric shaving points and hair driers. There is a laundry situated next to the facilities with a washing machine, tumble drier and an iron (tokens are available from either the Campsite Warden or Reception).

Washing Up Area - This is a covered, lit area found behind the laundry room, with a hot and cold water supply for washing of utensils etc.

Electric - Each hook up point is clearly numbered on each site and delivers a maximum of 1.5KW (6 amps) per pitch. Please ensure that you do not exceed this, as it will cause the circuit to trip. Generators are not permitted.

Gas - Butane and Propane bottles as well as some gas regulators are available from Reception. Berkshire Caravans camping shop is nearby and carries a much larger selection of camping equipment and supplies should you need them.

Refuse - Refuse sites are found by pitch 25 and opposite the Campsite Warden's caravan. There are also areas for disposing of used barbeque coals at these points.

Elsan Points - These are situated near the refuse points. Please ensure you only put toilet waste down them as nappies, wipes and sanitary towels will block the facility. For these items, please use the bins provided in the main toilet block.

Departure - Pitches must be vacated by 1.00pm and the key returned to Reception.

Late departures (charge applicable) are available but this must be organised on arrival. Visitors are still able to use the Park facilities on the day of departure, after leaving their pitch.

Weather - The Campsite is within a woodland and therefore we advise you to bring suitable clothing, footware and equipment. Please note, refunds will not be given due to poor weather.

You will also need a torch as the Campsite is not lit at night.
