1. Pitch sizes range from a minimum of 8 x 9 metres, allowing ample space for each unit. A unit consists of;

*A Car, Caravan,
*A Motor Caravan,
*A Car & Tent or
*A Car & Trailer Tent.

2. The full fee is required at the time of booking.

3. All Cancellations will incur a £20.00 administration fee per pitch providing 48 hours notice is given (2 weeks notice for Bank Holidays), otherwise the full fee will be lost. There are no exceptions.

4. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required during

the high season and at weekends, unless there is a space between bookins. 3 nights on a Bank Holiday.

5. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to camp without a responsible adult.
6. We do not accept commercial vehicles.

7. We cannot accommodate vehicles over 7.9 meters (26 feet) in length or tents that are more than 8 man.

8. Additional or replacement Site Access Keys will be charged at £10.00 per Key.

9. The Warden is empowered to instruct campers to vacate immediately if any of the

Campsite Regulations are breeched or if there are any serious complaints.

10. We reserve the right to refuse a booking and admission to the Campsite and Park.

11. We reserve the right to alter prices, dates, opening times, Terms and Conditions and Campsite Regulations without notice.

12. Camping fees do not include entrance to ticketed events, such as Marvellous, the Firework Fiesta, etc.
