 Wellington Country Park is open daily from Saturday 13th February to Sunday 7th November 2010 inclusive.
 We are situated just off the A33 near Riseley in between Basingstoke and Reading, right on the Hampshire Berkshire border, with easy access from junction 6 of the M3 and junction 11 of the M4.
 As a destination for a picnic, BBQ or just some fun in the fresh air, Wellington Country Park offers a safe, open air venue for all the family. Be it for a day or for just a few hours, with free parking, Wellington Country Park is the place to visit!!
 Attractions
 Set in 350 acres of beautiful parklands surrounding a 35 acre lake, there are numerous activities to keep the kids happy:-
 Adventure play area, toddler's area, sand pits, water play, slides, miniature railway, enchanted forest, nature trail maze, 9 holes of crazy golf,
 plus an assortment of play equipment to climb in and on, will all ensure a fun filled day for all!
 Within our woodlands, there are four nature trails to follow taking in sights of our vast array of wildlife in their natural habitat.

 'Easter 2010' sees the re-opening of our Animal Farm. A new petting barn and aviaries will be added later in the year.
 During the season, we have over '70 special in-house events' and fun days held at the Park. All of these events are 'Free' to join in and included in your entrance price.

 Even your pet dog is welcome to join you in the Park, but we do ask that you keep them on a lead and under control at all times. We also ask that, as their owner, you ensure you clear up after them!
 Please note for safety reasons, only children's bicycles with stabilisers are allowed in the Park.
 There is also no Swimming, Boat Hire or Boating allowed on the Lakes and Fishing is not permitted unless you are a member of the Fishing Syndicate.

 Camping
 Want to stay for more than a day?
 ...... Then why not consider our touring 'Camping and Caravan Campsite'.
 Book one of our 72 pitches and find yourself pitching up amongst the beautiful woodlands within the Park. The Campsite is deal as either a base and touring site or as a destination.
 Campers also have ‘FREE’ access to all the Park facilities throughout their stay.
