Only one unit per pitch is allowed. A unit is a defined as Caravan, a Motorhome, a Folding Camper, a Campervan, a Trailer Tent or a Tent plus a vehicle
Only one vehicle is permitted per pitch. All other vehicles must be parked in the Main Car Park to the front of the Reception Building
Two occupants are included in the pitch price. This could be either 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child
Additional costs apply for extra Adults, Children, Dogs and Gazebos
The FULL fee is required at the time of booking
All cancellations will incur a minimum of £20.00 administration fee per pitch. Normal arrival time is 2:00pm and unless 48 hours notice is given before this time (2 weeks notice for Bank Holidays), the full fee will be lost. We will not transfer or refund a booking due to poor weather. There are no exceptions.
A minimum of 2 nights stay is required during the high and peak season and 3 nights on Bank Holiday Weekends
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to camp unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 (proof of age may be required)
We do not accept commercial vehicles
We cannot accommodate vehicles over 7.9 metres (26 feet) in length
Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per key
The Warden is empowered to instruct campers to vacate immediately if any of the Campsite Terms and Conditions or Regulations are breached, or following any serious complaints
We reserve the right to refuse a booking and admission to the Campsite and Park
We reserve the right to alter any allocated pitches, prices, dates, opening times, Terms and Conditions and Campsite Regulations without notice
Camping fees do not include entrance to any ticketed events i.e. Marvellous
Campsite Regulations
Vehicles
Please observe the 5mph speed limit around the one-way system. Movement of cars is restricted between 11:00pm and 7:00am
Noise
ALL noise must be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am. All music must be switched off by 10:30pm
Bicycles
Bicycles are only allowed in the Park prior to 9:30am and after 6:30pm, unless they are fitted with stabilisers.
Guests
Fees apply. All guests must report to the Camping Desk in the Reception Building to pay the appropriate fee.
Out side normal opening hours all campers must register and pay for their guests with the campsite warden
Electric
Electrical Hook Up delivers a maximum of 6amps or 1.5Kw
Fires
Ground fires are prohibited. Fire Pits and Chiminea’s are allowed, but must be supervised at all times
BBQ’s
You are welcome to bring your own barbeques. Barbecues must not be placed directly on the ground or picnic tables
Dogs
Dogs are welcome (fees apply). They must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended. Owners must clear up after them
General
Please note ALL children must be supervised at all times
Climbing trees is not allowed
There is NO fishing, swimming, paddling or boating (including remote control) permitted in the lakes
